Blended into the well worn shops along Ainsworth Street, this neat little cafe marks its vintage style with wooden decor, teapots, jars, comic cuttings and cards.
The first order for brunch was the Spanish Eggs – the soft yolk oozed out into the spicy mince and passata accompanied by lashings of sourdough fingers generously grilled with cheese.
Next, we had the Mushroom Boat – A soft sunny egg atop whole panfried mushrooms, haloumi, avocado and spinach all drizzled with vibrant pesto. Delish :)
With friendly staff and locals, decent price and serving, this place is a treat of a find :)
